Initial visit to learn about client and their home

Perform an inspection to identify opportunites for a safer home

Number and spacing of smoke and CO detectors, loose rugs, need
for grab bars, proper nighttime lighting, obstacles for tripping, etc.
3.
Continue visits where the full check-list is reviewed on a monthly basis
4.
After each visit a report is emailed to client and requested loved ones
